• Storytelling provides a natural way for humans to make meaningful connections.
• Personal trauma can be transformed into meaning.
• Telling stories helps build bridges through meaning and purpose.
• Good stories begin with a why, include details and feelings, and end strongly.
• Characters undergo changes that become apparent to the audience.
• Group norms and guidelines will be shared at each meeting.
