GCLD is homeschooler friendly! At Homeschool Hangout, we invite homeschool parents and children throughout Grand County to visit, play, and connect with new friends.

Calling all homeschoolers! Join us for Homeschool Hangout at the Kremmling Library for a hands-on adventure in heritage crafts.

Topic: Finger Weaving Fun!

Explore the colorful world of moreso, a traditional finger weaving craft practiced by Indigenous peoples of the Great Plains. No tools needed—just your fingers and creativity. Come make colorful patterns and take home your own woven masterpiece!

Presenter: Tonja Macklberg, Middle Park 4-H Program Coordinator

Registration is required for children in grades Kindergarten - 12th Grade. Parents are welcome to stay, as well.

NOTE: Parents with small children (PreK and younger) may play in the Children's Room while the class is in session.
