GCLD is homeschooler friendly! At Homeschool Hangout, we invite homeschooling parents and children to enjoy a hands-on learning experience together. Each month will feature a different topic.

Wiggle-Bot Engineering (STEM)

Calling all homeschoolers! Join us for Homeschool Hangout at the Kremmling Library for a hands-on adventure in engineering. 

Led by Tonja Macklberg, Middle Park 4-H Program Coordinator, you will design and build your own motorized Wiggle-Bot. Evolve your design to spin, wiggle, and more! See if you can...

  • Create a scribble-bot that makes art!
  • Or, compete to make the fastest wiggle-bot!
  • What else can you make?

This hands-on program presents children with the opportunity to practice engineering skills in a fun, age-appropriate way.

Registration is for children in grades Kindergarten - 12th Grade. 

NOTE: Parents with small children (PreK and younger) may play in the Children's Room while the class is in session.
